No refunds after approval
Once you approve the proofs or approve a revision, no refunds will be accepted.

Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable:

• Rush fees

• Completed work

• Delivered files (final images sent to you)

Revisions
You may request one (1) revision per photo edit after viewing your proofs. Revision requests must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of the proofs becoming available.

Delivery timeframe
Typical delivery is 48–72 hours. Delivery times may vary based on volume, complexity, and revision requests.
